George and Jill Hefter founded The Computer Tutor, now known as TCT Computer Solutions, in April 1992, intending to offer one-on-one training services aimed at improving their customers’ understanding and utilization of their computer systems. Since that time, the business has grown to become the Tri-Cities’ preeminent computer and network service organization with a diverse client base that includes home users, small businesses of every description, and large customers such as Kadlec Hospital and Ben Franklin Transit. In everything they do, the ten member staff of TCT Computer Solutions strives to offer superior customer service and remain true to the company’s original vision of helping its customers better understand and utilize the technology that drives our businesses and enriches our lives.
